How are the BCCA assessments allocated?
Assessments are each lot owner’s share of the annual operating costs of the BCCA. These cover, but not limited to such items as
- Maintenance and repair of common areas, including but not limited to the Pavilion, Marina
- Landscaping of common areas
- Insurance on the common areas
- Water & electricity of common areas
- Contributions to long-term maintenance reserves
- Dredging reserves
- Legal and accounting fees
